Booking & Cancellation Policy
Check in time: 2.00 PM (14.00 HRS) until 10.00 PM (22.00 HRS) – Check out time: 11.00 AM (11.00 HRS).
Valid photographic identity is required at the time of check in (for example a passport or driving license).
We require a valid debit/credit card to confirm a reservation.
The first night payment would be charged to the card upon reservation.
Cheques are ONLY accepted to pay deposit, two weeks prior to arrival date.
If, after confirmation, you need to cancel or amend your booking, there will be a charge as follows:
- From booking until 10 days before arrival date – £25 cancellation charge. Balance deposit amount will be refunded to the same card from which the deposit was taken. No refunds will be given by cash.
- Within 10 days of arrival date, the first night payment becomes non refundable.
- Within two days of arrival date, the full amount of booked stay becomes payable.
Early departures during your stay will not be refunded unless your room can be re-booked.
For conference bookings, full payment would be required at least 28 days before arrival date and non refundable unless room can be re-booked, latest, 7 days prior to arrival date, a £25 charge would be applicable for this arrangement. No refunds would be made for cancellations/amendments within 7 days of arrival date.
Note that we reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods e.g. conferences. You will be advised of any variations upon booking.
We strongly advise, you take necessary travel insurance to cover any amendment/cancellation charge.
AS WITH OTHER HOTELS IN BRIGHTON, BALANCE PAYMENT FOR REST OF YOUR STAY WOULD BE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN
